My father was a man of many sayings. One of Fred Montney's popular commentary prefaces was, "That's nothing but pure unadulterated bullshit." I recently wondered if the usage of these two adjectives was a redundancy. After looking the word up again, I learned that "unadulterated" is also a synonym for "complete."
